Established in 2016, Proseed Property has evolved into a specialist development manager with extensive experience in complex and part-completed residential projects. Its background as a lender, asset manager, developer and contractor enables the team to assess each project holistically, balancing time, cost certainty and realisable value.
Working with banks, administrators, investors and other partners, Proseed provides project strategy and oversight, cost-to-complete assessments, programming and procurement, planning and design management, consultant coordination, stakeholder reporting and sales management.
