Chris Bray
Head of Finance
Chris is a property and construction finance professional with more than 15 years’ experience supporting major development, investment and construction businesses.
As Head of Finance at Proseed, Chris oversees treasury, financial reporting and the day-to-day financial management of the Group’s development activities. He works closely with the development, construction and operations teams to provide accurate financial information, maintain effective cash-flow control and support informed commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Before joining Proseed, he held senior finance roles with leading London high end residential property developers, where he supported a broad portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes, including projects with values ranging from £50 million to more than £1 billion.
He began his career in accountancy practice before gaining experience across property investment, asset management and development finance. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of East Anglia and is an ACCA finalist.
