Details
The project comprises 138 units within an old Victorian industrial complex. Proseed is acting as development and construction manager to support the Developer in the self-building of the remaining 65 flats and 4 terraces.
Part of Proseed’s role includes the procurement and tendering of subcontractor packages, as well as day-to-day site management, regulatory reporting and H&S. In addition, Proseed undertakes all reporting to the senior lender, commercial management and contract administration functions, and is overseeing the planning process to improve the economics of the scheme.
