Proseed acquired the site under Joint Venture with planning consent to convert a cluster of disused barns into 5 residential units. Proseed increased scheme profitability by obtaining permission for 3 additional units and enlarging 3 of the permitted units to deliver a £6m GDV. Works were managed directly via open-book and delivered on budget and to programme.
