Details
Proseed acquired this active commercial site without planning (and subject to an overage upon obtaining successful Permitted Development) for the conversion of the 13,000 sqft to residential accommodation, and a 3,000 sqft residential rooftop extension.
Proseed are responsible for the full project lifecycle from sourcing through acquisition to planning, construction and disposal. Working with a team of trusted consultants to maximise the value of the site, before a looming Article 4 deadline, Proseed is overseeing the planning process with joint MA and AA PD submissions currently under consideration.
Construction is expected to commence Jan 2026 and complete mid-2027.
