Proseed acquired the part-demolished building with planning permission in place. Despite significant challenges faced during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the project was still delivered within the 18-month build period. Consisting of 15 new-build flats, all of which are Help-To-Buy eligible. The scheme will also include one commercial unit, occupying a portion of the first floor.
