Following insolvency proceedings against the original Borrower, Proseed was appointed as Development Manager with the support of the Senior Lender. To realise maximum value for the scheme, Proseed raised additional funding, appointed a new contractor and oversaw the successful completion the project.
Situated within the seaside town of Salcombe and overlooking the Kingsbridge Estuary, the development consisted of 12 luxury properties, providing a mix of three and four bed houses with a £12m GDV.
