Phil Curwen established the Proseed Group in 2016. Phil was recruited in 2010 by CSJ, the asset manager to a £1bn residential property fund specifically to restructure the assets, funds and investors, which culminated in Phil acquiring the company in 2013.

Proseed Group was formed to capitalise on the skills and expertise within CSJ focussing on residential development funding in London (excluding Prime Central) and the South East. Since 2016 the shareholders have raised significant investment into Proseed alongside their own capital. This capital is invested in residential development and loans sourced and managed by the Proseed team.

Proseed has since grown from structured lending into a full-service property investment and development firm. We work with private and institutional investors, lenders, and insolvency practitioners to procure, manage, and deliver property projects.
