He is highly regarded for his expertise in off-market site identification and known for his end-to-end focus and contribution across the full development lifecycle, from initial acquisition through to successful exit.
Throughout his career, Atri has demonstrated strong strategic vision and a deep understanding of complex development processes. He has a proven track record in formulating and delivering commercially viable, sustainable developments that align with business objectives. His ability to build and implement sophisticated plans has consistently led to the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-value projects >£110m GDV. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich
