Construction Director
Paul is an experienced construction professional who has been working with Proseed on construction projects since 2016. In 2022, he joined the team to oversee the onboarding of development projects and their successful delivery. With over three decades of experience in both the residential and commercial sectors, Paul is well-equipped to assist with on-site delivery and management of projects, as well as programme and procurement management.
Having delivered projects with a Gross Development Value in excess of £150m, Paul has the expertise to help Proseed with commercial viability assessments for new projects. He sources and evaluates new projects for the business, ensuring that they align with Proseed’s strategic goals.
Paul’s on-site knowledge enables the company to input up-to-date costing assumptions at the early stages of the feasibility/viability process, providing meaningful feedback to stakeholders during this process. Proseed’s clients benefit from Paul’s deep knowledge of construction, which allows him to manage projects to successful completion, on time and within budget.
