Senior Development Manager
Kavita is an MSc Property Planning and Development graduate with a degree in Property Finance and Investment working towards her RICS qualification in Planning and Development. Since joining Proseed in 2022, she has led the delivery of a diverse range of development projects across the company’s portfolio.
As Senior Development Manager, Kavita plays a key part in the development team. She oversees the full project lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams of consultants and project managers, managing budgets and cost plans, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Kavita also manages relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, local authorities, and contractors, while driving project delivery, financial appraisals, and the achievement of strategic project goals. She has successfully led projects from inception to completion, and is responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing feasibility studies, and securing land acquisitions.
